Refund policy

Our returns and cancellation policy is set because Adeline + Holden is a small, local and family business. We try and provide new arrivals on our website weekly. Our Our customer base appreciates the weekly drops of unique and fun finds and due to the nature of our small business, we focus on quality over quantity. With this in mind, our turnover is about 10-14 days. Due to this, items are available for return within 14 days of the delivery date or the date of your "ready for pickup" email. Shipped returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date for store credit. Local drop off returns must be returned within 10 days of the "ready for pickup" email for a store credit. 

We accept returns on items in their original condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return.
